Suddenly, Jason senses a dark presence in the building and jumps down from the windowsill to investigate. He slinks through the apartment, his senses on high alert.
JASON (V.O.)

As Jason rounds a corner, he comes face to face with a ghostly figure. He hisses and arches his back, ready to defend himself.
