To build a cohesion culture, first you need to know how personally each team works—and how they work together. With a strong experience in daily activities for each team and deliverables, you appreciate how both pieces come together to produce the end outcome, and are important for making decisions about workflows.

It is incredibly important that you spend some time getting a reality check on where the team stands today in relation to your culture and engagement. What are the benefits and weak points of your culture? It is not a bad thing to discover faults — it is a chance to find areas for change.

Modern communication and collaboration tools
